Privacy policy

The short version: we collect what you give us so the tracker works. We don’t sell it, we don’t advertise to you, and you can export or delete it whenever you want. This page explains the details in plain language.
Who we are
JellyJungle (“JellyJungle,” “we,” “us”) is a personal tracking tool for people using GLP-1 medications. You can reach us at hello@jellyjungle.com.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address, and a password or sign-in method. That’s how you get back in.
- What you log. Medication and dose details, dose dates and injection sites, weight, side effects, notes, protein and water intake, questions you save for your clinician, and progress photos if you choose to add them.
- Technical basics. IP address, browser and device type, and basic server logs used for security and to keep the service running.
- Messages you send us. If you email support, we keep the conversation so we can help.
We don’t collect payment details during early access, because there is nothing to pay.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data.
- We don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We don’t use your health entries to build an advertising profile.
- We don’t read your notes for fun. Access is limited to the people who need it to run and support the service.
Why we use it
- To provide the tracker: schedules, reminders, trends and summaries.
- To keep your account secure and prevent abuse.
- To answer your support emails.
- To meet legal obligations, if and when they apply.
Who can see it
You can. So can a small number of JellyJungle people who need access to operate the service, and our hosting and infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not share your health entries with third parties for their own purposes.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety — but we’ll push back on anything overly broad, and we’ll tell you when we’re allowed to.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete your entries and photos from live systems, and they drop out of backups on our normal backup cycle. We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it.
Your choices
- Access and correct. You can see and edit your entries at any time.
- Export. Download a summary for your prescriber, or a CSV of your raw data.
- Delete. Delete your account and everything in it from settings. If you get stuck, email us and we’ll do it for you.
- Ask questions. Email hello@jellyjungle.com and a human will answer.
Cookies
This marketing site doesn’t set advertising or analytics cookies. The app uses a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t run third-party ad trackers.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited, and we use reputable infrastructure providers. No service can promise perfect security, but we take this seriously and will tell you if something goes wrong in a way that affects you.
Children
JellyJungle is for adults. It isn’t intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll email you before the change takes effect and put the new date at the top of this page.
