Terms of use
Last updated 24 October 2026
The short version: JellyJungle is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device or a clinician. Use it to record and understand your own GLP-1 journey. Don’t rely on it for medical decisions, and don’t misuse it. These terms are the agreement between us.
1. What JellyJungle is — and isn’t
JellyJungle helps you record medication doses, side effects, weight, nutrition and related notes, and to produce summaries you can share with a clinician.
JellyJungle is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not prescribe, dispense or ship medication. It does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always follow your prescriber’s instructions, and contact them — or emergency services — about anything urgent. Never delay care because of something you read or saw in JellyJungle.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you use JellyJungle on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their permission.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details private, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You’re responsible for activity under your account. We may ask you to verify your email to keep it secure.
4. Acceptable use
- Don’t use JellyJungle to break the law or to harm anyone.
- Don’t try to access other people’s accounts or data.
- Don’t probe, scrape, overload or attempt to bypass the service’s security.
- Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share.
- Don’t resell or rebrand the service without written permission.
We may suspend accounts that put the service or other people at risk.
5. Your content
Your entries and photos are yours. You give us the limited permission we need to store, process and display them so the service works — nothing more. You can export or delete them at any time, as described in our privacy policy.
6. Early access
JellyJungle is currently in early access. Features may change, break or disappear while we build. Early access is free, and if paid plans are introduced later we’ll give you notice before anything changes for your account.
7. Fees
There are no fees during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you the price and the date clearly before charging anything. You’ll never be charged without agreeing first.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep JellyJungle available and improving, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
9. Disclaimers
JellyJungle is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the service will be error-free or that any information in it is complete or accurate — your entries are only as accurate as what you enter.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JellyJungle isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or CAD $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
11. Ending your access
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or if we’re required to by law. If we end it without cause, we’ll give you a chance to export your data first.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local law gives you the right to another forum.
